Terms of Business

1. Our Clip In Shutters, Perfect Fit Shutters Lite, are made to measure products.  Measurements and any options selected and provided to us by you, will be used to manufacture your shutters.  We cannot accept responsibility for Customer mismeasurements or ordering errors.  The ordered goods that you receive will reflect the measurements and options provided to us or accepted, by you.

 

2. All orders are accepted by us on the understanding that the measurements given are correct, we will not offer replacements or accept returns where Customer measurements are incorrect.

 

3. In instances where Customers are unable or not sure of how to measure accurately themselves, we can measure for you.  The cost of this service is prepayable and non-refundable; it may however be redeemed against your order.

4. By placing an order for Perfect Fit Shutters Lite with us, you are confirming that you have read and agreed, these terms of business

5. Delivery times vary between 10 and 20 days, this turnaround time of our handmade, bespoke product and denotes working days that do not include weekends and bank holidays.

 

6. We offer a free colour sample service where you can obtain samples before your purchase.  We are also happy to show you physical working samples of our shutters and colours prior to ordering.

 

7. As this is a made to measure product, we reserve the right to correct any issues that are our responsibility, we will not accept responsibility for Customer mistakes or changes of mind.


8.Our shutters fall into the category of bespoke products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and you will not therefore be able to cancel your order more than 72 hours after making your payment.  Any refund will be made to the original payment method.  Your legal rights as a consumer in relation to bespoke and made-to-measure products that are faulty are not affected.

9. We are pleased to offer a 10 year manufacturing fault warranty on all of our shutters.

10. Contracts with the Seller shall in all respects to be constructed and operate as a contract made in England.
